I designed the report as an interactive, modular experience that surfaces key impact quickly while enabling deeper exploration through reusable content modules.

Because this report would serve as a foundation for future work, scalability was a primary design consideration. I introduced new layout modules and interaction patterns within the existing design system, ensuring they could be reused and adapted without requiring redesign.
The report intentionally alternates between quantitative metrics and qualitative storytelling. Impact statistics provide credibility and scale, while human stories bring the data to life and reinforce the organization’s mission. This balance helps ensure the report feels both authoritative and accessible, appealing to donors, partners, and internal stakeholders alike.
